Race Day 4 - Marokko
We are currently relaxing under a starry sky just north of the saharan desert and south of the Atlas mountains. We passed through them today after arriving in Nador, Morocco, by ferry from Almeria, Spain.

Race Day 3 - It´s starting to hurt
1000 km today. That´s almost a total of 3000 km in three days! Our asses are hurting real bad. Sebastian can´t feel his legs and Johan is actually become tired!!

Race day 2 - Italy and France
Today we drowe more than 900km through most of Italy and all of France, passing through famous cities like Parma, Genova, Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Marseilles and Montpellier.

The show is finally on
A lot of last minute decisions and administration had to be made due to the change of destination. Turns out our return flight from Bamako changed departure city some few thousands kilometers north of its original location

Administration Day 2 - race cancelled?
Organizers have received a lot of troubling reports from mali and the government have pressured them to cancel the race. They´ve put up a hard fight the last couple of days, but in the end they caved in.

Race Day 5 - Hviledag i Marokko
Hello from Morocco! Finally we had the time to relax on this trip. The last 4 days was basically a race through Europe and Morocco. We passed on steep roads through the hilly Atlas mountains. With a maximum altitude of 1907 m.a.s.

Today we started of a bit late since we were parting with the Polar Bears and Satzumas. They are breaking out from the race and heading for Marrakesh.

Race Day 7 - Second day stuck in Sahara
We got up early this morning to catch the sunlight. We don´t care that the other cars are two days ahead of us or that we haven´t had contact with the outside world for two full days. Our only goal is to get out from the desert and onto tarmac roads.
